1. Eligibility: This Raffle is open only to those who sign up during the Mcallen Chamber of Commerce Link Up Speed Networking event on September 12, 2023, and who are 18 years of age or older. Participation is limited to legal residents of Texas. Employees of proVEN Digital Systems and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to accept the decisions of proVEN Digital Systems as final and binding.

3. Raffle Period: The Raffle takes place only during the Mcallen Chamber of Commerce Speed Networking event on September 12, 2023.

4. How to Enter: Entry is via a form provided during the event. Only one entry is allowed per participant. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will lead to disqualification.

5. Prizes: The Winner will receive a curated gift basket. All prize-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected through a random drawing under the supervision of proVEN Digital Systems. The Winner will be notified via email within five days following the selection.

8. Rights Granted by You: By participating, you grant proVEN Digital Systems the right to use your entry, name, and other biographical information for news, publicity, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms & Conditions: proVEN Digital Systems reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle for any reason, including fraud or other disruptions. Any individual tampering with the process or violating these Terms will be subject to disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release proVEN Digital Systems from any liability arising from participation in the Raffle or the acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Disputes: The Raffle is governed by the laws of the United States and Texas, and any disputes will be resolved individually without resort to class action, exclusively before a court in Texas.

12. Privacy Policy: By entering this Raffle, you consent to proVEN Digital Systems using your contact information for future marketing activities through our Signature Systems. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
